Description
The high temperature viscometer adopts coaxial center structure, using small sample adapter, the sample quantity required for each measurement is very small, and the temperature control is quick and accurate. Full range, all the linearity through the PC interface, with different viscosity of the standard sample measurement correction, to ensure that the instrument has high accuracy and repeatability. The measuring range is wide, suitable for the testing of all kinds of samples that need to be heated and melted, such as asphalt, rosin, hot melt adhesive, etc.
Features
- Horizontal bubble front, sit Adjust the level is OK, very convenient.
- With timing measurement function. most of our measured samples are typical non-newtonian liquids, and their viscosity is not only related to temperature, shear rate, but also to the length of time measured. In order for the measured data to be comparable, the measured time must be consistent.
- The accuracy of the measured data is two decimal places.
- Using a small sample adapter, the sample size required for testing is very small, as long as 15-20 ml
- Temperature Control Range: Room temperature plus 10°C -250°C (optional 300°C heating furnace)
- Viscometer with RS232 interface to connect micro printer and computer
