A surgical table is a specialized table that is used in the medical operating room to position the patient during a surgical intervention. They are composed of a main platform, about which the patient can sit or go to bed as the need, and a central base that allows adjusting the height and tilting of the table.
The standard surgical table has postural controls to be manipulated, flexed or extended to the desired position. Some tables have a metallic crossbar or a body elevator between the two upper sections that can be raised for vesicle or kidney interventions.
Surgical tables are classified into universal surgical tables and special surgical tables, which in turn are classified into different models, depending on the medical specialties for which they are used.

- Surgical table DT-12B: serves as a multipurpose table, for abdomen and toxic surgeries, gynecological and obstetric, cerebral surgeries among others.
